This company did such a fantastic job on my home. I was always so embarrassed by the horrible job the previous seller did to it out of laziness and Cousins Roofing and Siding made my house look 1000x better. The siding is sturdy and beautiful, the trim on the windows makes the house stand out more and it’s timeless! The workers only took about a day and a half and they cleaned up super well, they were nice and personable and Samantha was also great and followed up with me after the job was done. I met her on the site and she was very approachable and kind. I highly recommend this company! Their siding is much more durable than typical vinyl and it lasts so much longer. They added value to my home and eased my anxiety because I assumed my house was just doomed as far as the way the previous seller had the siding installed and nailed into places incorrectly. I will forever be thankful for this company and they also had financing which I didn’t think I’d get approved for and I immediately got approved which also made this process happen much faster for me. 10 stars from me 😃

CNS Cousins was the subcontractor my designer and project management team hired to do the work on my house. From the initial "Dream big, and we'll adjust to fit your budget" to now, months after the work's done and the inevitable little issues are showing themselves, Sam and Calvin and their teams have been amazing. Their workers showed up to WORK, and were the nicest people, too. Construction's never easy, but I'm absolutely thrilled with the results.

I’m so happy with our completed project. We went from pink wood siding to blue vinyl siding and stone veneer. Look at the transformation. We had quotes from 4 companies, from the Pittsburgh Home and Garden Show. However, we signed the contract with C&S. On initial consult, we were shown pictures where our house was rotting. About a week later, we signed the contact, designed our “new look”, and got the ball rolling for transformation. I’ve referred my brother and a colleague to them already.

CNS sent out their repair tech to help me with a clogged downspout issue that was causing water to build up along my foundation and replaced faulty gutters. The service technician came out with all the tools and ladders he needed to get to the 3rd story roof/gutter. He was professional, fast, knowledgeable, and even offered to remove some vines while he was up there! I will be getting a new roof and gutter system soon with CNS, service couldn't have been any better! Thank you!

Extremely quick to respond and were very helpful in assisting me with what I needed to figure out for a repair. Unfortunately they do not work on clay tile roofs at this time.

CNS Cousins Construction was a great Siding, Deck, and Roofing company to work with within Pittsburgh. They were able to provide me with both an estimate and completed the siding repair on the same day as the siding estimate/inspection. CNS was willing to complete the siding repair on an area of my house that was certainly challenging to reach and they came up with a creative solution to complete the project of which two other siding/roofing contractors had turned down previously due to access concerns. I really appreciated the creative thinking CNS put in to complete my "smaller" siding repair job. For Pittsburgh city residents, I can certainly suggest you look CNS's way for your next siding, roof, or decking work. They were fantastic to work with and came in at a very reasonable price. Communication was great as well. August 2025 Update: I just recently had CNS back to perform a front porch railing rebuild on my home as well. Calvin and his deck railing team did a fantastic job on my deck railing "wall" that was fastened into brick and has a customized siding exterior. Calvin's crew got the whole project, from tearing down my old rotted railings, to the new railing build, and finally construction debris clean up all done within 48 hours. It was another impressive job by CNS Cousins Construction. I can now certainly recommend them for their Deck work as well. Again a great local smaller Pittsburgh construction company doing quality work!
